Aoife's Wood

On Tuesday 20th we went to Derrybawn Mt where we planted a variety of deciduous trees - birch, oak and rowan.
This was the brilliant idea of Wesley and all in the National Park where we were invited to plant a tree each in memory of Aoife who died on 19th November 2010.
Planting these trees in this  spot was special because we could see our school and all of Laragh as well as Aoife's home in Ballard.
It was sad when we remembered how much we miss Aoife but it was good to do this in her memory.
Over the years when we grow and these trees will grow, the memory of Aoife will always be with us in Aoife's Wood.
